I was just too tough on myself, even though my trainers were never accusatory. I just never felt understood or validated by them. I wasn’t making excuses for myself. I just needed the extra challenge acknowledged, and maybe a bit appreciated. I still wanted to succeed. I wasn’t lazy. I was overtaxed.
Holly beautifully understands this. She doesn’t gaslit your struggles with toxic positivity. I very much appreciate that she’s the kind of instructor that say, “Wow! That IS really hard! Look at you being a badass! You’re doing it! Now let’s keep going!”

Any question that came up, Holly answered. Any workout changes, Holly adjusted them. Wanting to vent about food not working, Holly listened and gave suggestions. She was my Monday morning text to make sure I completed my workouts. She was always available help out by phone too. Holly got me through the roughest 13 weeks of my food life. She is a life saver.
